I'm posting this entry early today because I'm going to be offline the rest of this week. Week 4's kick off post will be up on Sunday at it’s regular time, around 8am and I'll continue the special series of posts for Heart Month on Monday. You can still check in for week #2.

So many people had a great week 2, but I have to give a shout out to Kirsten for her personal best: running 21 minutes without needing a break and to Shevvi who said, “Winter came back to MN, but if I hadn't been part of this challenge I bet I would have got in 0 walks.” despite the fact that she clocked in 3 walks!

Both you ladies ROCK!

Hi all! I am posting my first check-in for the week. I got my first walk in yesterday.

I walked/ran 1.5 miles...and got a nice sweat on while doing it!

My next walk is scheduled for Tuesday.

checking in for the week. I did two 20 minute walks on sunday and two 0 minute walks yesterday. I am aiming for 5 this week so if I get a chance will do another one today if nit still have wed thurs and friday to go had a slip up yesterday and had two pieces of strawberry cheese cake but you know what I am so tottal over it and don't want it anymore it made me feel grose. Way to much sugar....

I finished my second walk yesterday...and plan on doing my third walk on either Thursday or Friday.

Late to post it - but finally did my first walk yesterday. Was hoping to do another this morning - but that didn't happen.

So, unless I get motivated really soon walk 2 and 3 will be Friday and Saturday.

hey I have walked this week and will do my last walk for the week tomorrow I am heading out of town tomorrow for my dads 65th birthday and my newphews 14th the last of my nephew's is all grown up now. So I will not be weighing in this week as it is also post TOM it should be due to arrive, on wed. Also with the two birthdays one tomorrow night and my dads on st I know I will have little treats here and there but I am not worried as my body lets me know when it doesnt like something now.

I will post my final walk for the week tomorrow before I go. I am going to work hard this week for a lose next week, good luck to everyone else and have a great weekend,

I got all my walks in for the week, not weighing in this week as TOM is due so we will say my weight is a stay the same for this week. Back at it this week I had my fun this weekemd at my parents with two birthdays and now its back to clean eating.....hope everyone else had a good weekend

Had to do it marching in front of the TV (Way too much snow to go outside - and too many people milling the complex indoor to want to do stairs) - but got my last walk of the week in.

Wow, planning (and remembering) to get these in is getting harder not easier.
