Figured I would type this here instead of the roll call thread. Probably won't particpate this week - but should be back next Sun (2/27)

PS - Hey A new person! Congrats on starting - looking forward to reading about your progress.
I lost 2.9 lbs/ 1.3 kg this week. Exercised by biking and weights using the 8 minutes in the morning book by Jorge Cruise.
I am finding getting exercise quite a challenge because I am so busy and lazy!

three walks down two to go... I was going to do my 4 today but have to go to work now for 12 30 istead of 4 so that means I am leaving at 11 this morning. but will do one tyomorrow and sat.....
Hi everyone. Already got my four in this week - four days in a row! I can't believe it! I hope everyone is doing well.
hey everyone just checking in. Only able to get in 4 walks this week but they were all 2 mile walks plus did extra walkin through out the day. I am doing better with my eating and sticking to calories......
and it looks like the scales are moving down. will let you know for sure on sunday be back then to up date final weigh in.....

Well I only just joined so I am not on my 5th week. My starting weight was 92.6 kg / 204 lbs- help it sounds even worse in lbs!!
Am aiming for 70 kg /155 for starters. Need to lose it by July for my daughters wedding. I hope you will keep going until then as I am sure this will be a good incentive.
