4. three walks last week, at least 20 minutes
5. 2 lbs lost at last weigh in
Ooops.
I'll admit it, I came back blaring my horn about how I couldn't fail if I didn't quit, then I only walked once. Was it last week, how long have I fallen off this wagon. My excuse, well I did have a cold, and I was kind of depressed but mostly I didn't stick to my commitment.
At least I'm consistently inconsistent. And here I am back again.
1. Team Intermediate
2. This week I will walk 2.75 miles or 44 minutes, five days.
3. I'm gonna lose a pound!
4. I think I walked/jogged once.
5. I've been doing a crap crap job of keeping track of my weight, I just weighed in at 182.6--so I don't really know if that is up or down but it is within the 5 pound range that I've maintained since October.

I never told you and I kept meaning to refer back to what you said, but your horn blaring really helped me. I guess sometimes when we think we fell off the wagon, we've helped someone else get back on their own.
Thanks.

I walk to and from work each day 15 mins both ways the run on my feet for 8 hrs a day. (work at tim horton's) my eating is getting better and my weight is coming down from the bloat from tom. So looks like I should have a good lose this week lets hope. good luck everyone else
Heyheyhey. Okay so I'm having issues with actually walking (toes causing me pain, bleh), but I did get four workouts in so far this week, so I'm counting them. No weight loss this week unfortunately. Got to do better with the food thing!
