Can you believe it's been 10 weeks already?
Here is my total wrap up.
I walked for team intermediate.
Over the 10 weeks I walked a total of 102.25 miles **WOW**
And I lost a total of 22 pounds!
I am thrilled with myself! Thanks Renee for starting the challenge! It was fantastic!
did my 4 walks even with going out of town yesterday. I finally managed to get out of the 143lbs rang and down to 140 on friday and today with my offical weigh in I am down to 141lbs so in the last month I have managed to lose 8lbs. At least I have lost something with this challenge and I willplan on doing better weigh loss wise with the next one. I start over nights at my job tomorrow and I am looking foward to it. I am going to work out a schdule and get back into a regular workout routine. can't wait for the next challenge to begin seems like we just started this one and it's over already where did the time go. congrads to those that have finished and have lost weight very inspiring for those of who didn't lose alot this go round to kick som major butt next time keep us posted for the next challenge renee I am excited to get started....

Overall, though I faded away during weeks 4-7-ish, I really liked the pgm. And seeing the improvement #'s from week 1 to week 10 is amazing, it doesn't feel that drastic going up a few minutes each week but it really does add up.
During the weeks I faded, there were a few lb gains, so though I've been losing since getting back into the challenge, I'm still higher than week 1. Ah well, bring on week 2 I say
