One month done, onward to month #2!

Those without pedometers doing something like biking or jogging. Still track miles and can convert what you did into steps. Fell short one day? Remember it's a 7 day time frame, if your weekly average is 1550 per day, you did good!

Well, I left my pedometer sitting on my bedside table this morning, so who knows how many steps I've done today. Argh, but on a brighter note, I'm back on track with WW. I weighed in at 170.2, so I had gained a pouns since our start...but it was shocking and humiliating enough to send me back into the arms of the Core Plan.

I'm putting on my pedometer now, hopefully I can get in enough steps this evening. Maybe a very long dog walk is in order.

I weighed in at no loss and no gain this week. Oh well it is TOM this week too so that makes sense. I am feeling really good this week about things. I am really concentrating on doing this right. I am tracking things and really concentrating on being healthy and being more active.

Oh so close today...considering I had a 4 hour car trip home and crashed when I walked in the door, I still managed about 1200 steps. Forget about Monday and Tuesday, for the rest of the week I'm aiming to end the week averaging 1550 per day

Good for you TC, you sound focused and determined! I HATEEEE when that happens Alanna, or worse, I have it on, but something about where I clipped it, doesn't register, so I walk for 10 mins and it says I only went 40 steps...grrrrr.

hey everyone sorry i haven't checked in all week. I had been away for the weekend and then when we got back i ended up sick. But I am getting my eating back on track and have got my steps in everyday this week. my weight actually shot up to 146lbs this week but as of the morning am down 3lbs to 143lbs. will check in better this week for sure . everyone else is doing so well and is motivating. I had lost my motivation for a little while but I think I have it back now. hope everyone is having a good weekend can't wait to start this weeks challenge. take care everyone
