Wow lobster is even lower than I thought. I would have guessed 130.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but It’s not the alcohol but the grapes. Vodka or beer is made with grains as far as I know has no health benefits though what you mix it with might.
You could drink a glass of unsweetened grape juice for the same affect as wine.
Is it blueberry flavor or real juice? I don’t know if blueberries have the same effect. I hear cranberries might.
I am not sure though.
