Ever envy the contestants from The Biggest Loser as they shed double digit lbs weigh in to weigh in? Aside from the calculated game play of gaining weight, rarely do we see anyone fluctuate upwards or even plateau. I always suspected they were cardio-addicts! But for Erik to lose over 200 lbs in 8 months, there had to be some serious workouts! I wonder if they'll keep it up?
