Buttons changeup

This is what trial and error week is all about, I made two changes to the buttons page after it was pointed out there was a slight technical glitch.

1) I took away the "copy to highlight" code function. It doesn't work well on all browsers.

2) I moved the buttons to it's own page.

The main purpose of extra buttons is to give alternates choices to the default directory button but today I found that by having them "exposed" so soon, people may go to use them first. Then when they join the directory (nudge nudge) they may wonder what's the deal with all the button choices and what should link to what and which link goes where.

The link to the button page is now included in the approval email, and I reworded the Fat Fighting Movement page to basically say: grab the button after joining the directory.

Hopefully, this way, it's a bit clearer and if it's not, someone will let me know :)
